100 calorie energy balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats (I like old fashioned because they're chewier)
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll into small balls and place on wax paper (prevents sticking).
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let them set.
